Email [email protected]. Please include your app version (Profile → About CareCircle Collab) and a short description of the issue.
Joining a care circle
- Install CareCircle Collab on your iPhone (App Store or TestFlight invite from the circle owner).
- Open the invitation link from the owner's email or text message on the same device.
- If the app opens, follow the prompts to join.
- If the link does not open the app: open CareCircle Collab → Profile → Circles → Join Circle and enter the invitation ID and verification codes from the email and SMS.
iCloud and sync
- Sign in to iCloud on your device and allow iCloud for CareCircle Collab.
- Care data syncs through CloudKit; changes may take a minute to appear on other devices.
- If data looks stale, open the app and wait for “Syncing with iCloud…” to finish, or force-quit and reopen.
TestFlight beta
If you are testing a beta build, use the TestFlight link from the circle owner. Report bugs with the build number from About so we can reproduce them.

CareCircle Collab is a coordination tool, not emergency services. For medical emergencies, call your local emergency number.
